14 Fruits and Vegetables to Buy Organic: Dirty Dozen Cheat Sheet!

Each year, the Environmental Working Group (EWG) releases its Shopper’s Guide to Pesticides in Produce and lists its “Dirty Dozen,” which highlights the fruits and vegetables that have the most pesticide residues. This year, they added a “Plus” category for kale and summer squash that didn’t meet their normal criteria but were found to be contaminated with other toxic pesticides.
